Prefabricated pipework
Manufacture and supply pre-fabricated pipework systems from large to small projects Neem Mechanical believe that the fast and efficient service we provide will enhance project installation timescales. With the element of onsite welding and fire risk removed this is beneficial for the ongoing safety of the projects and moving forward within the industry with efficiency .
The size of contracts ranges from the supply of a few sections, to complete projects with multi services, including Chilled Water, HTHW, LPHW, Gas and Oil systems including pipe in pipe.
As part of our service Neem Mechanical will ensure visits to site are undertaken for setting out the pre-fabricated pipework. We will also site measure the final closures to plant and equipment, such as pumps, chillers and boilers to ensure the installation goes smoothly. Fully certificated pressure testing undertaken and issued to client with physical witnessing by client welcomed.
Neem Mechanical monitoring quality assurance procedures at all stages from delivery of materials to final weld. This is to ensure the quality of our pipework fabrication is up to the highest standard, with all of our operatives being fully trained in quality assurance and our welders being relevantly certified. All of our welds are stamped, with the relevant welder’s code obtained.
All pre-fabricated pipework undergoes our internal Quality Inspection as part of our BS EN ISO 9001 prior to delivery to site.
Our projects include the likes of Data Centres, “Shell and Core” office buildings, fit out projects, Schools and Energy Centres with the knowledge and experience to adapt to further request what that may be.
